"With 15 years at Four Seasons, I humbly embrace the role of Resort Manager, entrusted with leading operations and marketing at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler since January 2017. My journey spans the globe, including senior roles in Vancouver, Dubai, Mauritius, Seychelles, Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Amidst the challenges posed by COVID-19, I've worked to restore luxury hospitality in Whistler, navigating a demanding labor market. Creative strategies led us to surpass pre-pandemic service levels, achieving historic occupancy rates and guest satisfaction scores.
My leadership approach reflects respect for collaboration, nurturing strong teams and stakeholder connections. I've cultivated competencies in finance, intricate models, and data-driven decisions. This journey saw me inaugurate 11 outlets, launch 5 resorts, and contribute to planning committees worldwide.
