Rising Star of the Year presented by Hotel Association of Whistler - Lizi McLoughlin (Zero Ceiling Society of Canada)

Lizi is Co-Executive Director of Zero Ceiling, a Whistler non-profit that exists because everyone deserves a home. She stepped into the role of Co-Executive Director in July 2023, and for the past six years has been part of their team working to provide marginalized young adults with a home and a safety net.

Prior to finding her dream job at Zero Ceiling, Lizi worked in education and non-profits in the UK. Outside office hours, you’ll find Lizi ski-touring, trail running, and climbing around the Sea to Sky.
